“Do it Right! Serve it Safe!” is an easy way to provide online food safety training. Food workers can learn how to prepare and serve food safely with our interactive course. And, they can take it at a time that’s convenient for them. All they need is internet access on a computer or mobile device.

You set the price. We charge $4 per card issued online and you keep the rest. No charge for payments collected in person.

Food workers can take the 30-minute course and test in a language they prefer. Each language includes closed captioning.

What's included

  • Customer service to help you and food workers. We offer phone and email support. Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific.
  • Option to have training on kiosks for walk-ins. This service is free to you if you take payments directly.
  • Easily maintain online and in-person class records in one location. Upload instructor-led training attendees into the online training database to print cards.
  • Use our educational handouts and videos for inspections. Explain difficult food safety concepts in the field with our educational handouts and videos. Available in all 13 languages we offer.
  • Food inspectors can easily check if a card is valid with a phone or computer. Simply go to and scan the card’s QR code or search by the food worker’s info.
