Back to School Event – Multicultural Child and Family Hope Center
Aug. 12, 2025 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Free vaccines, sports physicals, and dental checks for kids. No appointment necessary.
Services include:
- Vaccinations. Routine childhood vaccines for ages 4-18.
- Physical exams (Molina Healthcare members only).
- Preventative dental care.
- Apple Health (Medicaid) registration.
We encourage registration. Walk-ins welcome as time allows. Bring immunization records.
