Nurse-Family Partnership
A better future for you and your baby.
Becoming a mom for the first time can be a bit overwhelming. Imagine having your own personal nurse! If you’re a first-time mom, you can get help from a personal nurse who will come to your home to offer advice, support and a good laugh when you need it most through your pregnancy and until your baby is 2 years old.
A life-changing program based on scientific research.
Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) improves pregnancy outcomes. When moms complete the program, they have:
- Fewer preterm births.
- Higher rates of breastfed babies.
- More up-to-date immunizations.
NFP provides a better future for you and your baby. Just ask Chelsea, a local mom: “I gained more through NFP than I ever thought possible,” she said. “I will forever be thankful for this program.”
Gain confidence and tools for a healthy start for your baby. Have a stable and successful life for both you and your child.
If you’re a first-time mom and less than 28 weeks pregnant enroll for services here.
