• Street Medicine

Everyone deserves a chance at good health.

People living unsheltered face many health challenges and have unique needs that we need to work together to address. Our Street Medicine Program is a multidisciplinary approach to help bring comprehensive care tailored to those in need. Our team includes a medical provider, a nurse with behavioral health expertise, and a certified peer navigator.
