    Get a permit for your farmers market food booth.

    Step 1

    Review Fee Schedule and Requirements to Operate. Determine your permit category.

    Step 2

    Complete the Farmers Market Vendor Application. Print and sign.

    Step 3

    Submit application and pay permit fee:

    • By mail to 3629 S. D St., Tacoma, WA 98418. Enclose check or money order.
    • In person at 3629 S. D St. in Tacoma. Pay with cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.

    Step 4

    Receive your permit by email or mail. Print and post in your food booth.

    Notes

    • Less than 14 days before you’ll operate? A late fee will apply.
    • Is “Courtesy Application” your permit category? Complete a Courtesy Application and mail or bring it in to the Health Department.
