    The board promotes food safety in our area. Members come from both the industry and the community.

    Goals

    • Connect our staff with the local food service industry.
    • Keep up to date on issues affecting public health and safety.
    • Advise staff on policies and procedures.
    • Give input on financial policies.
    • Help plan future activities.
