For residents
What’s new?
Check out the latest Department of Health (DOH) guidance.
DOH maintains separate isolation guidance for care facilities. People who are staying, working, or visiting long-term care facility, or residential care setting should follow the guidance in COVID-19 Infection Prevention in Health Care Settings, and the flu guidance from Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

How to report COVID-19 cases
You can find more information on outbreaks with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services.
Community Vaccine Clinics
Testing plays an important role in slowing the spread of COVID-19. It protects you, your family, friends and community. It also helps protect your long-term care facility.
If someone tests positive for the flu or COVID-19, it is important to connect with a healthcare provider. They may qualify for treatments that can help reduce severity of the illness and prevent hospitalization.
If you have COVID-19 and are more likely to get very sick from COVID-19, treatments are available that can reduce your risk of hospitalization and death.
- Talk with your doctor or healthcare provider.
- Take an at-home test or get tested.
- Don’t delay: If you are eligible, start treatment as soon as possible – no later than 5 days after symptoms appear.
The COVID-19 and Flu Treatments Locator displays pharmacies, clinics, and other locations with COVID-19 and flu medications. These meds require a prescription from a healthcare provider. COVID-19 and flu medications may be available at additional locations not shown on this locator.
