    Stay healthy and keep others safe.

    Get vaccinated.

    • Everyone 6 months or older should get:
      • Flu vaccine each year.
      • Recommended doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
    • Get RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) vaccine if you’re:
      • 75 years or older.
      • 50–74 years old with certain high-risk conditions.
      • Pregnant. Get RSV vaccine at 32–36 weeks or your baby should get RSV protection at birth.

    Use these healthy habits.

    • Stay up to date on vaccines.
    • Stay home when you’re sick.
      • If your symptoms get worse or don’t improve, call a healthcare provider.
    • Wash your hands.
      • When soap and water aren’t available, use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
    • Cover your coughs and sneezes with your elbow or a tissue.
    • Avoid places where people are sick.
    • Take steps to make the air around you cleaner.
    • Clean surfaces regularly.

    People at high risk for severe illness should closely monitor their health.

    • Children younger than 5 years (especially those younger than 2 years).
    • Adults 65 years or older.
    • Pregnant people.
    • People living with a chronic health condition, like asthma, diabetes, or heart disease.
