Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department is seeking to contract for Health Fees Assessment and Fiscal Sustainability Evaluation Services. We are requesting proposals from organizations interested in providing the services described. You may request detailed proposal packets beginning October 31, 2024, at 4 p.m., by submitting a request online at www.tpchd.org/VendorOppurtunities. The Department will accept electronic proposals until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2024.

Proposers are responsible for all content within the solicitation. All questions should be submitted to the PoC identified via email to ensure intent is captured. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. Pay particular attention to the RFP schedule identified on page 2. Lastly, as a courtesy a draft of the subsequent contract is being included to allow visibility to terms and conditions. It is recommended that exceptions and deviations be identified and submitted with proposal, clearly marked as such.
